By placing my order, I understand that the shipment of all weekly menu orders (Saturday through Thursday) will be processed on Friday and will take 3-4 business days to be shipped on Monday by the shipping company.

To ensure freshness of cookies once you receive, all cookies are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

CRINKLEZ BAKESHOP cookies are made by hand using shared equipment, which processes dairy, peanuts, soy, tree nuts and wheat. If you have a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free bakery.

We only use sugar and butter as natural preservatives.

Our cookies can be kept in the same well-sealed package for up to 1 week.

To consume them warm and with that soft consistency in the center, you can give them a touch of heat in the microwave, outside the package, for 10 seconds, although we highly recommend doing this in a preheated oven at 350F-180C for 5-8 minutes.

If you wish to store them for later consumption, we recommend freezing them in the same package well sealed and additionally in an airtight container for up to 2 months. To consume them warm and soft, take them frozen to a preheated oven at 350F-180C (out of the package) for 8-10 minutes or until the heat has reached the center of the cookie.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we require a photo of the defect to assess refund eligibility. Without a photo, we are unable to assess your claim. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@crinklezbakeshop.com. If your return is accepted, we will issue next steps via email.

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the fact that we cannot control how our products are transported and stored in the shipping process, once delivered to the customer, Crinklez Bakeshop does not accept returns or exchanges. Sales are final.
